getting the game started

Hey, so i downloaded the game earlier today (direct) and after the initial start up which worked fine, i can no longer start the game via patcher and/or launcher...i can only open a new client (the same way you would if you were gonna dual log) is this a problem or is that normal? cause im confused Dx

What OS are you running? Have you tried "right click> Run as administrator" ?

I run on vista and yeah i ran it as admin

Mind showing me what happens when you try running it? (post an ss)

any error message pops up when u double click the Launcher.exe ?
if it does please provide us a screenshot of the error.

if u still have the .rar file of the client, install it once again after deleting the actual one.
(mind creating a foler with a diferent name btw, windows tends to keep on memory the folder names previously used -.-)

My game says this when i push START on the client....wtf do i do D:

u need to create an exception on your antivirus.
this error happens when the elementclient.exe was detected as a possible threat from your antivirus.

1. Create an exception on your antivirus;
2. Launche the game with the Launcher.exe;
3. Click the button "Verify Files";
4. Wait around 10min (dunno how long it takes to verify, depends on your computer);
5. Start the game;
