You should work a bit on where you start and end clips.  It got pretty confusing when they kinda jumped from one place to the other with no fade.  Also, try to keep track of your important players setting so that parts of the video aren't fights against invisible people.  Thanks for sharing.

Sony Vegas 13 is good stuff. You might wanna look into that if you wanna be able to use more effects.
