Can't Run EPW at all...

SO, I just downloaded the Torrent version for the EPW client. Patched it through the Element directory got it all caught up to ver 93. I click start and this pops up...



Now, I have DirectX ver. 11 so I have no idea why It's not running for me. I updated my windows 8 comp, restarted, everything. I tried using compatibility mode for as low as Windows XP(Service Pack 3)  and nothing's worked. Hoping someone else might be able to help me figure this out.

Please run dxwebsetup.exe file located in EPW/element/ and check again.

Make sure to add the whole folder to the exception list in your antivirus.

Ran it three times. Keeps telling me that an updated version has been detected and that installation is not necessary.

Still goin' on. Not much improvement. lol. Ran the Verify again, tried window mode, lowered the resolution. and still nothing happening.

I wish I could help you. I've seen this issue before and the only fix seems to be the complete DirectX unstalling and then installing again from the dxwebsetup file.
