Fashion Glitch?

So I went to the NPCs to check out the new fashion and this is on all my clients:

Is it something with my models.pck or is this something server side? Let me know and how to fix it. >.<

That's like that for mine too. New fashions:

* Faction Base fashion is now available at Seamstress.


Click on Dyes at the Seamstress.
