increase the chances for dex you get mag classes raging, increases the chances for mag and youll have any light + heavy class raging, increase the chances for attack lvls and ppl that go for a defensive build will be upset etc etc so.. chances for what`?

I probably wasted more than you ever did and i'm still happy with DOUBLE physical reduction boots than TRIPLE ones. So don't complain.

EDIT: Also, i have wasted more than 2k sts on r8 ring and still didn't get what i wanted
