cant connect

I was in game and DC'ed and tryed to relog but couldnt connect to server.
I then checked and noticed i was behind an update and updated through patcher.
After updating i re tried to log in through element client and still no luck.
Any ideas?

Please check your firewall settings, maybe the firewall is blocking the elementclient.exe from connecting to the server.

Ive been on the server for like a week though with no problems. Why would my firewall start blocking it now?

same thing glad i backed it up on my usb. idk why but when i need to play i just use my usb to connect cause if leave it on my pc something in it is unstoppable(Norton). XD. i even put all files on exception turned off my firewall and reinstall the whole client still not working after i restart my pc

I don't use norton, but i guess ill have to re download..which sucks

Could you try to log in after patching to v33?

No, after i put my name and password in. it counts to 20 then says "Unable to connect to server"
