EC is Epic Coins. The main currency on the server.

110-125 I did PV. 126 - 147 I kind of messed around and killed random stuff with a bit of PV in there.

There are BH's as well that give EC's. Sometimes you get Divine quests from doing BH1. Blue quest = 50 EC. Purple quest = 100 EC. You can go the Goshiki quest chain which gives a nice reward. So Happy Together gives a nice reward also but it's once only per char.

It's too bad this doesn't apply to morai purple quests.

And just to throw this out there, the world quest gives 15EC. Can just teleport/tele stone the whole way through since coin obviously(and thankfully) isn't an issue on this server.

Rewards from World Quest are random I think. One time I got mystical elixirs, one time I got EC and once I got ET.

Yeah, all the blue quests give 50 ec. The purple ones from Divines give 100
