Just curious, if I would use the "Panda Transform" (BARB) form book, would that convert the skill to Sage/Demon version as well?

Panda form comes in sage and demon, but you must learn the ordinary sage or demon true form before you can learn panda.

True form level 10 > sage/demon > true form mighty (sage/demon) > panda form (sage/demon)

Yes.

The bottom part of my post above is the skill path you need to take to learn panda form.

Erm. If you want to view it that way, then I guess.
It's more just an advanced version of true form.
