Question about Meridian

Hi guys,

Just wanna hear your expert's POV regarding to what I've encountered and is new with to my knowledge.

May I know if I will be able to unlock the last Merdian/Life gate? This message does not allow me to do so (Please see attached image). Will I be given attempts to open up meridians once more?

Try next day and u can try100 times

Usualy you have 50 or 100 holy ascent attemps to open living gates a day.
So you can repeat it tommorow for another 50 or 100 attemps .

If you do Meridian daily, you have 50 tries each day.
If you take a one (or more) day break - then you have 100 tries.
