You get it from title quest line Malberry aid or something daily quest, you get 1 each day. But in order to get it u have to finish the whole questline

why u wanna remove it??? that pill only increases your stealthlvl by toonlvl+1 and not +30/31 like normal stealth... and EVERYONE can farm it EASYLY... its just 3 minutes a day per pill or not even and its accountstashable.... idk where the problem is
