What's up with this skill people can abuse it and cancel it while it is charging up and it still works. Basically insta cast 300% dmg what's up with that?

1. It's useless if you have 550+ ping, you gotta have atleast 350 ping to instant cast the skill.
2. It doesn't add 400%(Dark)/500%(Holy) weapon damage if you don't full charge it.

Its damage depends on how long you cast it and it's intended..
