Transferring Refinement level and stone to another gear/wep

No offense , but, with the gold u get for 1 vote, u get up to 60m coins........thats enough to refine all gear..

Its already easy to refine gear just vote and get the ten mill big notes.

Either 1) It can't be done, 2) Would waste a lot of time for a VERY minor thing, or 3) There is an easier/faster way.
