Bunch of errors. Im dissapointed.

Do you have any solutions for this? I tried formatting my pc,reinstalling the game,re patching,and nothing is working. I tried rebooting after patcing,verifying,but nothing.. seriously i wasted 3 days just doing this.
Whenever i try to stard the game this error comes up.

Please install all Windows updates, if it still fails install microsoft visual c++ runtime library

If you right click, thereis a button that says Run as Admin, sometimes you need to do that to run some games.
