8jun for archer and assazin

Hello Gm or anyone is it normal that 8 jun eqs for Archer and assazin have str requirement bez other class don't have

and for archer also leg-top armor-wriast need but foot dont need

It's been done for balance purposes (otherwise archers and assassins could restat a lot of strength into dex and most likely one shot other players - even using just magic cape would be profitable for max damage).
Their damage is fine now and anything higher could be an overkill.
