Lagging Issues IN Game

Hey Guy's Before i tell you the main problem let me describe my computer
I have intel Duo core processor With 528 MB Graphics card and 4 GB ram and 2.60ghertz From what i am aware it can handle EPW
At pretty decent graphics when i optimized it BUT the problem is when i go to Pk from about 10+ players i LAGG ALOT
Now i hovered above the Log Out icon and says i have 15FPS??
IF so why do i Lag?
As you can tel i am not very confident in my Knowledge in Computers so i would like either ways to Fix it Or recommendations.
Also i have 182GB of free space so i doubt that is the problem.

is the HDD fast ?
IDE or SATA?

that can be many things...that "lag", it can be your RAM that got fried due to the heat, it can be your processor that also heats and doesn't cool off enough, etc... :/ mainly overheat i would say...when PC overheats the performance isn't the same.
hard to say clearly what it is without looking at it :/

you can get a free program that indicates the temperatures on your PC, then you see if thats the problem or not.

I get it now i checked it and its the proceesars overheating becuase my fan does not cool it off fast enought TY
