Patch notes v29

[Agatio]

New gear has been added to increase the variety of end game equipment:

- Rank 8 second cast gear has been improved to match the Dragon Gear!
- New Weapon Runes have been added to the Boutique to enhance the weapon power!
- New PvP Area in Nightscream Isle! Destroy the Crystal located in the north part of the island and get the drops!

Some minor changes:
- Teleacustics moved to the Boutique (they are still cheap)
- Badwords filter added
- MP Pots added to the God's Giving
- G15 NPC Gear is now craftable
- weakened slightly mobs in Forest of the Songs


R8 recast changes:

Assassin armor:
- 0.05int on footwear replaced with 0.3 movement speed
- +MP on wrists replaced with 0.05int

Blademaster/Barbarian/Seeker armor:
- 0.05int on chest replaced with 50% accuracy
- 0.05int on footwear replaced with 0.3 movement speed
- +MP on wrists replaced with 0.05int

Archer armor
- +MP on wrists replaced with 0.05int
