I'm currently hiding in Warsong because I accidently used an ini from 2 years on my cleric and too ashamed to be seen so I was wondering any way to reduce makeover scroll cooldown time? To like maybe..1 second 
I know I know no one elses fault but really!! Who wouldn't want to be constantly change their appearance, i'll even draw a paint picture for you kind GM's, like dis!

LOL awe.. I did that one time. and ending up just flying to a remote location outside of Raging Tides for the remainder of the CD time. I looked horrible. I do wish there were shorter CD times to the makeover scrolls though. say maybe 10 mins or so. but im sure you don't look that terrible. lol after all if its an ini edit from your cleric 2 years ago surely it was ok back then? xD goodluck though.
