I just got out of the area where i get 110..But i am 100% Clueless now!  What do i do? I don't know how i'm supposed to level, or join guilds, or anything.  I've been gone too long..

PV is going to be your home for the next 30-40 levels.

You go to Khoan the Survivor next to the Arch elder and have at it.

As for guilds, there are very few that will take under 130.  So I'd focus on leveling up some first before worrying about a faction.

It might be like this for a little while so just hang in there. This happens to almost every server, and we are extremely grateful it doesn't happen to us more. This is kinda rare on EPW. We just have to have patience and ride it out.

I know, that's the truth too. I used to play this server when events were held in the arena! Good times. (Open a chest, get EC..or something else or a giant boss)
