When i press start game doesn't start

When i press start the game doesn't come up and then the patcher just vanishes, i've made an exception with my anti virus, and i've ran as administrator, but nothing seems to work. i've tried using my element client but for some reason that doesn't open the patcher. Q_Q.

Did you try rebooting your PC, and if so are you still having this problem?

Look inside my thread "File folder corruted" and see if any o those soulotions work ^^ i'm still having the problem though.
