As skank said, the first thing you should always try is relogging. This solves alot of these types of errors.
Example: My alt buys a demonic plate in catshop. Its not there but the bank notes are also missing.
First thing I should do is relogging. If that doesn't work then you can talk with a GM and get things fixed.
