Weapon "Reskin"

How much $ will i need to donate to reskin a weapon. Im talkin about "Reskin" not fashion on the botique or npc shop. I want my dagger to look like a nirvana Claw if that is possible.

I think that option was removed long time ago  cause people could transfer reskinned weapons ( i am talking about r8 reskinned weapon)  not sure tho
