I can't enter Brimstone Pit

Hi,

    Every time my character is entering Brimstone Pit, it end up stuck in the frozencover dungeon. I ask my friend to the same but his character can enter freely without any problem. Need help. Thanks

Hey,
Have you tried to enter with any of your alt? Or with any other char? It might be your char glitched somehow or client - try to Verify it at first.

Go to Immolation Camp.

Go North-West to the Brimstone pit entrance. (112,757)

If you'll be going to brimstone often, I'm not sure but uninstalling and installing the client may help.
If not, manual entrance will do.
