can gms check a charactors questlines

ok trying to farm ec using a quest line on several different chars on same acct(but not at the same time) log on to my bm to start the questline and i cant seem to start it.... ok.. so not sure if had all ready started the quest line i started teleporting to see if maybe i had started and stopped.. no luck.. so my question is can a gm see if a char had started the questline or if they can look to see if it was started or stop or if yall can resest the questline?

I take it you mean the Goshiki Quest Chain. If this is the case, what level are you? I believe you have to be a certain level on this server to begin it.
