If someone disagrees they along with friends starts flaming/misdirects and leads to thread lock down..people can either support or ignore.. in the end its aga and team who is going to decide on it.. so why flame unnessarily..

What if the suggestion is just so stupid that if literally causes part of your brain to die in extremely painful ways? Isn't our duty, at that point, to explain to op, in ways equally as painful, how dumb he really is?

Agreed, but there is a difference between:
"Your idea is so stupid because of *insert smartass coment here*"
and
"You are stupid because of this idea"

Theres no need to offend people, even if you dont agree with their (sometimes stupid) suggestions.
