If you're going to add it, add some meaningful titles, not titles that originate from tv shows. Not everyone watches Naruto, Game of Thrones and similar mainstream shit.

Most of the titles that are running through my mind right now are just absolutely Vulgar. And they would NEVER be implemented.

Regarding the unique titles per person only, it's not possible due to amount of players on the server and the fact that every single title requires patch to add it to game.

Okay i have an idea.
Since each title needs a patch to be done, what about gathering all requests and update it with the Faction-icon update or maybe the nearest maintenance.
You can also sell this service.. like personal titles ( let the title can be gained at a spot in the upcoming area downthere in the map and just TP the requester there after the patch ).. You can gain much money from that. I myself willing to pay like 30USD. per title.. imagine how many ppl would request it too.
