try first running the fixit.bat file inside the Launcher folder.
if that doesnt fix it u will have to redownload the client :/
do not use google chrome please, it tends to corrupt files.

Use a download manager, like IDM.

Maybe patcher sees pointer to file in Temp folder.
(Shown by Windows.)
Try to find and delete it in Temp.
Or just delete all in Temp folder.
(Both, user Temp and admin Temp.)

did u create an exception on your antivirus for the EpicPW folder?

i use the free version for now its more than enough for me currently.. to free up temp files..

Caution: May not want to play with settings and check boxes preferences to clean up if beginner..

After this can restart and then use

Epic Perfect World(folder)->launcher(folder)->fixit.bat

Lastly if still unable to get inside game can try verify option on launcher..

If all above fails may god help you along with our Aga (when he is free) or our friendly Game Masters who check as frequent as possible on unresolved problems..
