Make elemental shards useful for more then purging expel.... its pretty simple..

people QQ and bitch about using Pills in 1v1 especially psys who like to psy will - oxygen bubble vs Sins, with Shadow Teleport on cd theres not much you can do against it to stop yourself being nuked..  so why not make ele shards allow crowd control through p immune. Logic isn't that OP..

Also, shards already work trough phys immunity.
