getting cube of fate stamp or warsong marshals badge

ok in 4 years of bing on pwi lc and now just a few months being on epw im still befuddle as to how you get the cube of fate stamp or the warsong marshal badge so as to get the neck  and or  waist and is there an easy way to get them seem like every one has them?

You actually cannot obtain the Warsong marshal badge or Cube stamp. You can make the necklaces/belts by obtaining 30 Rotating Cogs of Fate (Cube neck) and 80 Warsong Waistband Inscriptions (WS Belt) and then getting the warsoul mats (By making at Spirit of Warsoul at platform of arch, or by purchasing through Mysterious merchant at 1k streams, also by buying from other players) then go to an accessory forge (West or 1k) and going to the "Special" tab and thus, making whatever belt/neck you want. (Phys or Mag resis) Hope this helps!
