client crash when i log in

whenever i pass the user name password window the client crashes after i did the update

if it doesn't work then Verify files on patcher
if it doesn't work redownload the game

Same kinda deal with me, but more with trying to join the game.
no matter what char, it crashes.

If you did and game still won't open you need to redownload it (preferably via torrent), as I see that you have patched some other client to make it work with EPW.
