write more about how badly you feel...

Here is my real advice:
get out of your home..
don't sit in games /in front of your pc too much.
play less pw
think positively don't write books about how badly you feel, just think about what makes you feel good.
connect to real people and not virtual wannaees:).
find a better anime to watch.
