try verifying your game.  Click on "verify" on your patcher.  If that doesn't work, then that looks like a graphic card issue. :/

Someone had already posted this same problem, this was what the gms and others suggested:


Tangle - Try verifying your client on the patcher. Also run fixit.bat in the Launcher Folder of your EPW folder.

EvilTouch - you will need to install an add-on for directX, its called Enduser Runtime, or something similar.

error 5, i think it fixes the same.

if it doesn't it might be your graphic card, make sure its up to date.

I think it's corrupted client - reinstalling or redownloading should fix it.

Well it's either that or play that way forever/not play at all.
I'd rather leave it downloading during the night and then do other things after to kill time while it downloads, you can do that.

Anyway on topic,try the directX etc as suggested first, that should be much faster than a full redownload and it's worth a try.
