Help please, all buildings ,trees and stones are white

Hello. I'm beginner in Epw,but when i updated it, started, loged in,all buildings,trees,and orther textures are white, is there anything to download,so I can fix it?

Try verifying your client on the patcher.
Also run fixit.bat in the Launcher Folder of your EPW folder.

you will need to install an add-on for directX, its called Enduser Runtime, or something similar.

if it doesn't it might be your graphic card, make sure its up to date.

I also experienced this on my older computer.In Lost city the picture was fine,but when i went to snowy village or wedding chapel all the textures,even the face were white.So im guessing its your graphic card.

there is a file inside the element folder, inside the EpicPW game folder.
search for dxwebsetup
it should fix the directX problem.

if its not directX then it have to be graphic card problem. u need to update it.

check the settings btw in your game, can be that too.

Apparently verifying/reinstalling the game does fix that. (Keep reinstalling as last solution, try to verify it first so it automatically searches for missing datas or repairs broken one).
Also are you using ATI catalysts drivers? If so, try turning them off, I recall them causing gray textures problems like, ages ago, but you never know.

Experienced this when I placed EPW on arc installer, and tried to play PWI. I removed EPW and PWI played fine.
