i was wondering how am i suppose to obtain the perfect token of luck? or is this item non existent in the game?

You can buy all manner of things with it.

Most people want them so they can make Hyper EXP Stones, 12x xp on top of current server rates is 148-150 in 3 fc runs.

They come from luck packs, the very thing that started the massive inflation of the PWI economy. (Asside from the obvious greed and P Hammers).

I just hope no one eventually finds a way to hack PTL's into the game..(Perfect Token of Luck if my random acronyms confuse anyone)
