Umm where do I go for basic neck/belt engravings? Not Tue advanced with possible 2 adds.. but just 1 add like the ring engraves

There's no such thing, only nw forges let you engrave neck/belt

You mean like the basic ring engraves from jewelcraftsman? Well, I think it's a waste to engrave a ws belt or a cube neck/DS with a basic engrave. Don't think it'd be implemented anyway, might not even be possible unless PWI does it.

For ppl who can't afford the WWI and stuff at first. And umm.... I didn't say a ws.or anything of the sort O.o just regular necks and stuff... For 1 engrave  nothing fancy

You can do it at the Jewelcraftsman I have done it inworld. You can get pretty good stats after a few rolls on the engrave. Good luck!

Fortifications: Engrave (Rank only allows Engraves for Rings (advanced)
NW Forges allows Engrave on Necklace and Pendant (advanced)

Anyway to add a basic engrave to the game?? Only because there are 3-4 options for rings but only 1 for neck/belt...unless the sole reasoning is pwi has only that option and/or you (meaning gms) see it as more of an (forgive my wording I can't think of a more proper term) upper class option?

we just think theres not really an interest on adding such stats on lower gears, i doubt player wuold use materials and waste trying to get something like 1 stat on a 130 necklace :/
specially cuz u will change gears fast enough so that time u lost and wasted before will never come back ^^ focus on the more at the end objectives, like dragon or rank 8 recast.
