I do believe this is actually possible. Would be nice to have the option of having 10 characters instead of 8. It's not really game breaking if it's done or not. Just a luxury for lazy players.

+1 It is possible. Interfaces.pck contains files for this and certain accounts such as clsgender have 12 toons on it.

It should be very possible, I'm just not sure if it's necessary. Might be best to keep the original amount as it has always been.
