I just got to 150 2 days ago, I've got my R8 gear at the moment, now, should I start recasting? Or should I save ECs to buy ornaments (I have dragon ones at the moment)? I already asked some friends, just lemme know what you guys think. Thank you

I would get the ornaments first, the cape, get good engraves on ornaments,rings etc. After that do r8 recasting

Recasting could go on forever. Orns and capes are much easier to get in the meantime.
Cube neck/DS neck
Warsong belt
Supreme robe
Upgrade to robe and R8 ring (not dependant on EC so can be done at same time as R8 rolls, just something you want to do)

Then start working on your R8 rolls.

My suggest if you new in here let it be known that EPW have lot of guilds whos offer after 10k merit =ds or 20k=cube so easily got within 2-3weeks, join those type of guild and get good stuffs...and yes neck and belt more important than R8 reshaping, so dun be waste you ecs and be friendly.....!!
