Base levels

I am curious what factions have the highest base levels. I don't think Oblivion has done poorly with a now level 26 base. I would love to see other factions be brave and post their base levels.

lol no but we are recruiting I put in 17 alts when there was only 4 active members did base quest daily (I am sure my merit showing in the picture shows that) we worked hard to get the base leveled. The 4 of us go the base from level 13 to 19 pretty much by ourselves in about 5 months.
