Map bug. Most likely in a tree or mountain or hill. SS your quest log, the treasure location and your current location.

Be sure to tell us which map you are on, then a GM can help you out. Upload it to the helpdesk.

If you're saying that you found the place but the chest is not spawning, just keep moving around. If the chest has spawned but you cant see it, it probably spawned inside a tree or rock, contact a GM.
