My EA deleted

i have 4 characters and im deleting my seeker but after 7 days my archer was the one deleted. EA was my main character and im using it while my seeker is on delete mode. pllsszz help! my hardship in this game is gone to waste.

It can`t be given back.

Sorry to bother at times like this Neith but i lost 3 chars 1 seeker lv 149, 1 cleric lv 146 and 1 sin lv 147 they were from months back, i dont mind much its easy to replace but i dont understand that was atleast 40 days ago

oh and yes i made a few chars last week they were also gone 1 barb and 1 seeker they were in that 10 day line
