Hm,i like the idea,and could be easy solved by making 3x int wrist not available= 2x int wrist max= 2x int top = 2,86 base .
Like this,if u're using top dragon = 3.33 base.
Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut
The r8r set will get nerf'ed and cotd will get boost. So the 3.33 won't be so fckin damn op and dph sins will be like they always been. NORMAL.
