Was scammed together with the rest of the squad.

Maybe to confiscate his "property" (from all his alts from same address)?
IP ban can be overridden by local ISP connection reset (usually by router reset).

Attached, but had to crop AND shrink to meet "10k" limit.
Still have original if needed to send somewhere.

That's why you use a MAC address ban, the only way to change that is to get a new computer. Which is what that will always be my favorite ban.

About MAC ban, on desktop you can go with just network card replacement.
But now he (they) can't go with anything any more.
