It's not that they don't care. Since the problem isn't with Epic, but rather with the voting sites, epic pw has no responsibility to offer compensation. I, more often than not, can't recieve any gold from the voting sites, cause my internet is too slow to load the page fast enough. I usually end up with a nice page saying "there seems to be a problem, please reload the page." Upon reloading, I get nothing. Pisses me off royaly, but there's nothing to do about it.
On another note, it's not THAT hard to farm either. You basically get every thing handed on a silver platter.
