Maybe have a few winners..I voted yes, but needs to be split up.
I buy alot of MP charms, and HP charms for when I afk in places, MP for stealth.
I also refine alot of peoples gear, so that would be alot if count all if you think about it.

  hmm well i guess it would need a focus group to figure it out. So its not abused. I still like the idea. Just to clarify when i say based on coins spent at GG that is to determin the jackpot not the winner. winner is still like the real thing in the U.S number draws.

It's not so easy to make a lottery...i don't see any use in making a useless thing in a game that's already easy...it's easy to get coins..ecs...items...i can farm 10k/day if i do what i can do best(Morai quest on all characters...Bounty hunt(each char giving 3 damascenes =75 ec +15 ec + blue/purple quest) u can log as many chars as u want...u don't have a character limit..so farming it's easy,let's just not add some more luck based thing in game..there are a lot already.

A lottery is a bad idea. this game already favors certain groups of players, so only having a lottery would give more options on the favoring part
