Lol ... you think a 25% chance is bad ...

Lemme show you few skills by few classes i checked >.<
EAs : ΦFeather Armageddon ... Knock players back 9 meters HAS A 6 SEC CD , sage version gives chi , demon : lvl 5 plume shell

WBs : ΦStomp of the Beast King ... a skill with a 3 sec cd , makes the target take 8% more dmg each time it hits it can be stucked up 5 times
ΩBestial Onslaught ... lowers the enemies evasion by 50% for 8 sec ... can't miss demon version : + 40% crit rate
and a skill that stuns you ... 50% rate but if it doesn't stun you ... it frezes you

Sin : ΩLife Hunter ... only the demon version is op : Primal version reduces the target's Attack Rate by 65%.
Primal version increases your Attack Rate by 125%.

Seekers : ΩQuid Pro Quo ... demon version ... now stuns you for 4 sec ijs
ΦGravel Blade : ... like 2 diff effects , stun and lowering att lvl and deff lvl of the target + dmg from the skill

Those skills are from the classes i checked ... there are a lot more , gl to agatio <.<

Also, Now the Demon Ironwood scarab has a chance to reduce it to 0, or not at all. The new one will always reduce it by 40% and will have a chance to reduce it by 180%, so still much better..

180% wont make it 0, so demon ironwood was better and damn OP - in mass if you got hit after 0pdef you insta dead.

Well, atleast it still lowers the def, even when the chance doesn't proc .. for me it's still better, since actual Demon version either procs or does nothing

How do you know this? And how much does it actually reduce then?

pdef to 0 is a bit higher reduction than -180% defence
180% calculates toward gear pdef. if lets say u have 10k pdef on gear itll reduce pdef by 18k.
however total pdef is combined gear pdef, and bonuses from str and vit stats so with 10k gear pdef u will have 20k total pdef. when u include buffs it will go up to 30ish k or so.
this 40% reduction on every hit will make skill more valiable, imo, than praying for skill proc.

from what i read on PWI forums, where im permabanned, archer new skill is broken and does no knockback on players.
and wiz new combined skill isnt meant to insta hierobug people, what i hoped it would do, but to deal 2x dmg with 1 skill in miliseconds delay beetween damage components allowing charm to tick ;/
