How to use random boss card?

I habe few random boss card, but i dont know how it works.
It will summon a random boss immediately, or i just get a boss card after right click random boss card.
And the boss card can summon a boss.

It will give you a boss card after yoy right click it and then go to fb51(Frostcover ground) to summon it.

This, and you use the pillars with your boss's name to summon it.
