Cannot complete So Happy Together quest

i have all the required items for the quest, went to all the elders and did what i was supposed to but the tideborn king doesnt have anything for me to do and i dont know why......pls help (ArchTilDeath)

Happy Together quest was available only till 2 Jan. Next patch will make this quest permanent for levels 150.

When the quest is available again you need to go to the Tideborn King not the elder.  He's in the temple in the sky above the city^^
