Unable to connect

Help please i really cant login , i have internet connection , i have tried it in the 3 servers yet still unable to connect. PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE HELP ME I REALLY WANT TO PLAY

Do the servers show " --  " in front of them? or you are able to see the ping but cannot connect?
Make sure the full client is added to the antivirus exception list

EpwDirectory > Patcher > Server > Serverlist.txt

yes yes the servers show "--"

and also whenever i need to open the elementclient.exe it loads like 25 mins. i turn of the comp. the elementclient.exe vanishes and i have to load it again for 25 mins ._.

Replace that file please and let us know if it works

i cant replace it , its like the file is locked or something
