3 spark skill CD for Assassins

While three spark is annoying for sins, I don't think the CD can be increased without QQ about people increasing CD for other skills too. I think it's fine as it is, three spark spasm leaves them without many stuns either I guess.

But I honestly don't see why would you add cooldown on it (3 spark)? Every class has the 3 spark, with same cooldown on each.
