Once again, there is a scam artist at play on EPW. They are imitating peoples names and contacting faction members saying they will zen them free gold if you share your acct info with them. Please no matter how much you trust your guildies DO NOT share any acct info, especially over game. This is just a heads up to try and ensure the safety of your guys accts and gear.

This person is particularly impersonating husbands and wives.
Changing little details in names like the L's (eg. Meiody instead of Melody, i being capitalised to look like an L) and random capitalisations (eg. MelodY instead of Melody).
Saying that 'this is their new char'. They try to appear familiar to you.
Please, PLEASE, check if something seems suspicious. The way they are talking, if they are asking for info, the character not on your friendslist.

We say it everyday on forums and in game (not to mention every hour or so on red chat) DO NOT give out your details to anyone.
Don't give them to anybody, to any website, essentially to any person or site claiming to give free items or gold. There is no such thing.

It is hard for us to offer support for cases like this, as personal information was freely given.

If everyone is aware of this person and not giving them what they want, they will hopefully give up.
