Game screen black?

Hello, I just downloaded the game, and updated the patcher. I opened it, but the game screen is completely black, besides the "arrow" pointer. Nothing else can be seen; Not even the login screen is available. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

Make sure you have the latest graphic card drivers and DirectX
also you can do  the following:
delete file elementclient.exe located in EPW\element\
and then verify files (patcher option)

But I am not sure if it will help

Thanks, it had to do with the graphics card. I just had to fix the setting of mine.
